When your vehicle needs repairs, the cost is naturally an important part of deciding how to proceed. Before any work begins, a repair centre may provide you with an estimate or a quote detailing what the repairs are expected to cost.

Getting your car back from the repairer after an accident can feel like a weight off your shoulders. The damage is gone, your keys are back in your hand and you can finally get on with your normal routine.

After an accident, it's easy to assume that all repairers offer the same level of service. However, the quality of collision repairs varies from workshop to workshop. While price and convenience are important factors when choosing a repairer, they're only part of the picture.
