Promotion

The Kate Presnell Bodyworks September 2026 Promotion provides eligible retail customers with: 

• $100 off an eligible insurance excess payable to Kate Presnell Bodyworks; or 

• $100 off an eligible private repair with a retail repair value of at least $600 before application of the promotional discount; and 

• one entry per eligible vehicle into the September prize draw. 

No additional entry fee is charged for participation in the prize draw. 

The promotion applies to eligible vehicles whose repairs commence on or after 1 September 2026 and no later than 30 September 2026. 

Customers who had already booked an eligible September 2026 repair prior to the promotion commencing are also eligible, provided their repairs commence on or after 1 September 2026 and all other eligibility conditions are satisfied. 

Vehicles whose repairs commenced prior to 1 September 2026, but remain onsite or are completed during September, are not eligible for the promotion. 

For the purposes of the prize draw, the vehicle must be physically onsite at Kate Presnell Bodyworks and available for repairs to commence no later than 10:00am on 30 September 2026. 

Repairs do not need to be completed by 30 September 2026. 

Where an eligible vehicle has both an insurance repair and a private repair completed during the promotional period, the customer is entitled to one $100 promotional discount per vehicle only. 

The $100 discount may be applied either to the insurance excess payable to Kate Presnell Bodyworks or to an eligible private repair valued at $600 or more before the promotional discount, but it will not be applied to both. 

For an eligible insurance repair, Kate Presnell Bodyworks will provide a discount of $100 against the insurance excess payable by the customer to Kate Presnell Bodyworks. 

The discount cannot exceed an amount actually payable by the customer. 

For an eligible private repair, the total repair value must be at least $600 before application of the $100 promotional discount. 

The promotional discount has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash independently of an eligible repair. 

To be entered into the prize draw: 

• the vehicle must meet the eligible September repair requirements; 

• the vehicle must be onsite and available for repairs to commence by 10:00am on 30 September 2026; and 

• all amounts then payable by the customer in relation to the repair, including any applicable insurance excess or private repair amount, must have been received and cleared in Kate Presnell Bodyworks’ account by 5:00pm on 30 September 2026. 

Failure to satisfy these requirements will make the vehicle ineligible for the prize draw. 

• There is a maximum of one entry per vehicle. 

  Where the same vehicle has more than one repair, job number, insurance claim or combination of private and insurance repairs, it will still receive only one entry. 

  A customer with more than one separately eligible vehicle may receive one entry for each eligible vehicle. 

  6. Prize

  One eligible vehicle will be selected at random on 1 October 2026. 

  The winning customer will receive a refund of the amount that the customer personally paid to Kate Presnell Bodyworks in connection with the eligible repair, up to a maximum prize value of $2,500. 

  The prize does not include amounts paid or payable by an insurer or any other third party. 

  The winner cannot receive more than they personally paid. 

  Examples: 

  • If the customer personally paid $400, the prize will be $400. 
  • If the customer personally paid $1,250, the prize will be $1,250. 
  • If the customer personally paid $3,000, the maximum prize will be $2,500. 

The winning customer will be notified directly using the contact details held by Kate Presnell Bodyworks. 

The winner will also be announced through Kate Presnell Bodyworks’ social media channels. 

The prize refund will be processed once the eligible repair has been completed or on 1 October 2026, whichever is later. 

Where the repair continues into October 2026, the customer’s entitlement to the prize remains valid provided all prize draw eligibility requirements were satisfied by 30 September 2026. 

Where a customer elects to cancel or move their September repair date outside September 2026, the vehicle will cease to be eligible for the promotion. 

Where Kate Presnell Bodyworks needs to move a scheduled September repair outside September due to parts availability, supplier delays or other circumstances outside Kate Presnell Bodyworks’ reasonable control, the original $100 promotional discount will still be honoured. 

However, the vehicle will not remain eligible for the $2,500 prize draw if the vehicle has not met the onsite and payment requirements by the applicable September deadlines. 

This is necessary so that the September 2026 prize draw can be finalised on 1 October 2026. 

The promotion is not available to: 

• employees of Kate Presnell Bodyworks; 

• immediate family members of Kate Presnell Bodyworks employees; 

• trade accounts; 

• fleet work; or 

• sublet-only work. 

The promotion is subject to repair capacity and availability. 

The $100 promotional discount and prize draw do not alter Kate Presnell Bodyworks’ normal repair standards, estimating processes or repair pricing methodology. 

Kate Presnell Bodyworks may verify an entrant’s eligibility before awarding the prize. 

If an entry is found not to satisfy these Terms & Conditions, that entry may be declared invalid. 

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer right or guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
